★ The fine print

Pokémon - modern only. All Pokémon membership discounts and free product apply to current and recent-set product. Vintage product (pre-Sword & Shield era) is not eligible for member discounts and is sold at standard market price to all customers. We'll post a current vintage list at the counter.

MTG - MSRP pricing. Magic: The Gathering product sells at MSRP. MTG memberships are not discount programs - they are guaranteed allocation programs. Your product is held before the set hits the shelf. Mythic tier members receive 5% back as in-store credit on MTG purchases, applied after the transaction to comply with MAP policy.

One Piece - guaranteed allocation. Bandai product availability is inconsistent. One Piece memberships guarantee your monthly allocation when supply runs short. Product is held before it hits the shelf.

Riftbound - ground floor. Riftbound is a new game. Memberships lock in your monthly product while the player base grows and allocations tighten. Get in early.

Open points program. Any customer can earn and redeem points using just their phone number, no membership required. General public earns at 1 point per $10 spent and 10 points per visit. Members earn 10x to 30x faster depending on tier. Public accounts expire after 12 months of inactivity. Birthday bonus is for active Pokémon members only.

Market pricing. Pokémon sealed product is priced at market - over MSRP on chase sets, intentionally. That's the speculator's tax. It's also why our member discounts are real money instead of marketing.

VIP room policy. The VIP room is open to Masterball and MTG Mythic members plus one guest during regular store hours. Complimentary drinks and snacks are stocked weekly and are for the use of members and their guest, not for groups, parties, or restocking a backpack on the way out. Members are welcome to bring different guests on different visits. Repeated abuse may result in loss of room privileges.

Membership terms. All memberships require a valid ID, a local address, and a no-resale agreement. The free t-shirt is a one-time welcome gift - cancel and rejoin doesn't earn a second one. Masterball is application-only, capped at 10 members. We reserve the right to revoke membership for anyone caught reselling at a markup. We're building a store for players, not a pipeline for flippers.
