Is it really free?
Yes. The public rewards tier is free forever. You give us your phone number, we track your points, you redeem them when you’re ready. No membership required. Members earn faster and get monthly product, but the base rewards program costs nothing.
What counts as a “visit”?
Any time you come into the store and check in at the counter. Maximum one visit per day for points purposes, so popping in twice on a Saturday still earns you one visit bonus, not two. You earn the visit bonus whether or not you buy anything.
What product earns rewards points?
Anything that is currently still in print era forward. Current sets, recent releases, the stuff you’d pull for a current-format deck. Vintage product (older sets, sealed boxes from 2023 and prior, graded singles) is sold at standard market price to everyone and is not eligible for rewards points or member discounts.
Do points expire?
Not while your account is active. Public accounts are considered active if you visit at least once every 12 months. Members’ points never expire while their membership is active. If you cancel, points expire 90 days later.
Can I combine points with other discounts?
Points redemptions can’t be combined with other store-wide promotions or sale prices on the same item - pick one or the other. Your member discount is part of your membership, not a promotion, so it always works alongside your points. Example: an Ultraball member earns points 30x faster, gets 15% off cash purchases, and can redeem 3,000 points for a $50 premium box anytime - no choosing between the two. We’ll run the math at the counter to make sure you always come out ahead.
